Right of withdrawal and consequences of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fitico Sportswear e.U., Seidengasse 37/13, 1070 Vienna, Austria; e-mail: orders@fitico-sportswear.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from your contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

If you revoke your contractual statement, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of your contract to the following address:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Even if we have sent the goods free of shipping costs, you have to bear the costs of the return shipment in any case. You have to organize the return shipment yourself. You only have to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
